Nmap ("Network Mapper") is a free and open source (license) utility for network discovery and security auditing. Many systems and network administrators also find it useful for tasks such as network inventory, managing service upgrade schedules, and monitoring host or service uptime. Nmap uses raw IP packets in novel ways to determine what hosts are available on the network, what services (application name and version) those hosts are offering, what operating systems (and OS versions) they are running, what type of packet filters/firewalls are in use, and dozens of other characteristics. It was designed to rapidly scan large networks, but works fine against single hosts. Nmap runs on all major computer operating systems, and official binary packages are available for Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X. In addition to the classic command-line Nmap executable, the Nmap suite includes an advanced GUI and results viewer (Zenmap), a flexible data transfer, redirection, and debugging tool (Ncat), a utility for comparing scan results (Ndiff), and a packet generation and response analysis tool (Nping).

Definizione di Reclamo



Secondo le regole di gestione dei reclami, Depaho Ltd. (di seguito la "Società") comunica con qualsiasi espressione di insoddisfazione in merito a qualsiasi attività di servizi finanziari forniti o trattenute dalla Società.



I reclami devono essere presentati per iscritto sul modulo specifico fornito dalla Società. La Società ritiene importante e fondamentale prestare la giusta attenzione ad ogni tipo di reclamo fatto da un cliente, indipendentemente dall’ oggetto del reclamo stesso.




Procedura



I reclami dei clienti vengono trattati dall’Ufficiale del Dipartimento compliance, salvo nei casi in cui ci potrebbe essere un conflitto di interessi. In tal caso, sarà l'Amministratore Delegato della Società ad occuparsi di tale denuncia.



* Il Cliente che desidera procedere con la presentazione di un reclamo dovrà compilare il modulo necessario e indirizzarlo a [email protected].

* Una conferma scritta da parte del Dipartimento Compliance sarà inviata al cliente entro quarantotto (48) ore per confermare l’avvenuta ricezione del reclamo e per indicare il tempo stimato entro il cui sarà data una risposta al cliente.

* Entro quattro (4) settimane dalla ricezione, la Società dovrà inviare al cliente una Risposta Definitiva o una risposta che spieghi il motivo per cui non è ancora in grado di risolvere il reclamo e dia un'indicazione di quando sarà inviata la successiva comunicazione. In tal caso la risposta deve essere data entro otto (8) settimane dalla ricezione.

* Entro otto (8) settimane dalla ricezione del reclamo, la Società invierà al cliente o una risposta definitiva o una risposta che spieghi perché non può essere data una risposta definitiva, indicando quando la Società prevedera’ di fornirla.

* Una volta inviata la risposta finale, il cliente ha a disposizione un periodo di otto (8) settimane per rispondere. Passato tale periodo, se non viene ricevuta una risposta da parte del cliente, la Società non è obbligata a prendere ulteriormente in considerazione il reclamo a meno che il cliente non invii ulteriore corrispondenza indicando che e’ ancora insoddisfatto.

* La Società informera’ il cliente che, qualora lo ritenesse opportuno, potrà rivolgersi alle autorità competenti per ulteriori indagini, segnalando il reclamo con una copia della risposta definitiva entro un periodo di sei (6) mesi.

Buongiorno, scrivo in merito alla mia esperienza personale con FXGM. Ho capito che non era una società seria nel momento che ho chiesto di ritirare e depositare i soldi da me guadagnati nel mio conto corrente. Non si sono più fatti sentire, ho inviato email con allegati i vari moduli senza risultato. Per fare un esempio non riesco ad inviare il modulo reclami perché il loro indirizzo email per i reclami sembra non essere attivo. Da quello che ho capito leggendo nei vari blog, prima di intraprendere qualsasi azione è necessario inviare appunto un reclamo che però non riesco ad inviare. Qualcuno è riuscito ad inviare a questo indirizzo di posta i propri reclami? [email protected].

Prima di entrare come cliente ti fanno esaltare ovviamente parlando SEMPRE e solo di profitto come se nel forex non esistono perdite, poi ti dicono di lasciare le posizioni aperte fino a farle diventare grosse perdite rassicurandoti che tutto tornerà apposto. Nel frattempo fai piccole operazioni che va già di lusso (visto la difficoltà) quando guadagni 50/60 euro al giorno. Poi ovviamente c'è da considerare il rollover cioè una specie di tassa che ti tolgono circa 1,70 a posizione che lasci aperta e quando ne hai tipo 10/15 aperte non fai in tempo a guadagnare 50/60 euro che senza che i mercati lavorano al sabato e alla domenica ti ritrovi 20 euro al giorno decurtati (anche il sabato e la domenica) quindi al lunedì sei punto a capo e non hai risolto nulla. è la classica macchina infernale che vi porta a depositare sempre più soldi. Non fate questo errore..lo consiglio vivamente!

FXGM ti spinge a fare sempre più depositi e alla fine perderete tutto. NON DATE SOLDI A QUESTA SOCIETA'. Il bello è che dopo che avrete perso tutto hanno anche il coraggio di richiederti un nuovo deposito promettendoti che da li in avanti ti seguiranno passo passo, perchè ovviamente non potevano farlo prima.....

Ho collaborato con fxgm, la loro piattaforma è una simulazione, l'unica cosa reale sono i soldi che ho depositato e che loro mi hanno fatto perdere. Sapete indicarmi se sono state aperte azioni legali contro FXGM? Grazie.

Moltissimi di questi broker agiscono da controparte del cliente, che non passa quindi per il mercato.
Le perdite del cliente sono il loro guadagno, che si somma al guadagno rappresentato dallo spread danaro-lettera ed al resto, tipo che il prezzo lo fanno loro e quindi si tengono "larghi" rispetto al prezzo di mercato di quel momento.

Ci sono anche casi di broker che ti fanno guadagnare in modo da spingere a versare di più o a non chiudere il conto. Poi provvedono a riprendersi il regalo con gli interessi.

(specie quando è la controparte a decidere che il cliente deve guadagnare...) Vorrei sapere di più su questa affermazione, anche io 1 anno fa ho provato a bruciare 2.000,00€ con Activtrades e ci sono riuscito benissimo..........
